The Lions elevated tight end James Mitchell from the practice squad and signed practice squad linebacker Ezekiel Turner to the active roster. Neither move comes as much of a surprise after tight end Sam LaPorta (shoulder) was ruled out of the game on Friday's injury report and linebacker Ben Niemann (ankle) was listed as questionable.
