Over the past few years, Tyler The Creator has seemingly become more and more interested in publicly sharing parts of his creative process with his fans and followers, and that trend continues with his new album Chromakopia.

For the second straight week, Tyler landed in the No. 1 spot thanks to his eighth studio album moving 160,000 equivalent album units in the United States. This accomplishment made Chromakopia Tyler's first album to land at the top of the charts for two consecutive weeks, and his second to hit the No. 1 spot at two different times.

Tyler, the Creator has scored his third No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 as his latest release, CHROMAKOPIA, lands at the top of the chart dated Nov. 9. The album launched with 299,500 equivalent album units in the U.S. during its first four days, marking the artist’s biggest debut week yet and the sixth-largest debut of 2024.

Throughout his 15-year career, Tyler, the Creator has rarely worked with outside producers. The success of his recent music, like 'CHROMAKOPIA,' shows that he's on the path to becoming one of the greatest rapper/producers in hip-hop.

Chromakopia collects scenes from the making of Tyler, the Creator's Chromakopia album. About two minutes in, you can see him rapping the first verse of "I Hope You Find Your Way Home" a cappella, and of course he's not wearing the face mask on the album art.
