Meta has blocked the leaked JD Vance dossier on Threads, Instagram, and Facebook. According to a statement given to The Verge, posting or sharing links to the hacked documents violates its content policies.

Meta is restricting links on Threads, Instagram, and Facebook that lead to Ken Klippenstein’s newsletter containing a JD Vance dossier that was allegedly nabbed in an Iranian hack of the Trump campaign. The company has apparently removed posts containing the link and is seemingly blocking links to PDFs of the dossier being hosted elsewhere.

Threads is blocking links to purportedly leaked documents about vice presidential candidate JD Vance. Elon Musk's X blocked links earlier this week.

Elon Musk denounces Ken Klippenstein for sharing an oppo-research document stolen by Iranian hackers. X says it violates its rules on doxxing, but Musk was singing a different tune last year.
