HAMPTON — Norfolk State’s men’s basketball team got back in the win column Saturday with a dominant victory over Hampton in the Battle of the Bay. The Spartans improved to 4-1 with their 67-58 victory and stretched their winning streak over the Pirates to four games. It was the first win for Norfolk State at Convocation Center since 2015.

The Spartan men held off Hampton's second half comeback with a 67-58 win, while the green and gold women fought through a challenge from the Pirates for a 62-53 victory.
