Just before 2:30 a.m., Streamwood police, along with paramedics from the Streamwood Fire Department, responded to the 300 block of Cedar Cir for a report of gunshots that left one person shot.

A man was killed after a traffic crash in the West Town area Sunday morning, Chicago police said. According to authorities, a crash occurred in the 1500 block of North Magnolia at approximately 2 a.m. The driver of one of the vehicles got out to inspect the damage, and an individual in a red vehicle opened fire, striking him in the chest.

CHICAGO - Four people were injured in a two-car crash in Chicago's Garfield Ridge neighborhood early Sunday morning. According to Chicago police, the crash happened around 1:43 a.m. in the 6800 block of West Archer Avenue.

A man was shot and killed in West Town early Sunday morning. Around 2 a.m., police said the man's car was hit by a red car, in the 1500 block of N. Magnolia Avenue. Police said the man got out of his car and the driver of the red vehicle fired shots and drove off.

A 2-year-old girl was in the hospital Saturday night after she was shot in a home in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood.
