And maybe a tripod with a reversible center post to hold the camera above the frame, or some other rigid mount. This is sort of how they did early cartoons.

These are expensive to setup, but this way you know who is watching (doesn't alert you to recording). But even that doesn't prevent stream recording, only makes it more difficult.

So you can do it through subtitle. The initial time. Subtitle isn't part of video and it is small file, but plenty of work, if not some batch file with regex expression.
